ODE Ductflex flexible air ducts, which supply to carry the conditioned or free air coming from the main channels and distribute them to places, consist of several layers of aluminium and polyester laminated and a bronze covered spiral steel wire inserted into the layers. Because of their completely flexible and lightweight constructions, they offer quick and easy solutions of obstructed areas with acute angles during application.

ODE Ductflex flexible air ducts are produced by using “lamination technology”. The materials used are:

• Aluminium foil
• Polyester layer
• Adhesion
• Bronze covered steel wire

The aluminium foil and the polyester layers are adhered and shifted with respect to each other and then are wrapped around the steel wire. By this technology, a continuous structure with several layers will be formed.
